When he became Chief, he also Broke Law By installing his own Friend and Deputy into Directing the Internal Affairs Dept., at same time! that's not ethical He also lied to the Public eight days after the fire, saying there were absolutely no...ZERO... ROAD Blocks in the burn zone and officers NEVER directed People onto Keawe Street! There were 20 Plus Road Blocks and yes, officers did evacuate People onto Keawe into Cannery mall! Yes, why the Lie? Mark Redecker got an ethics violation and Pelletier has had 7 work related complaints against him. Now, Locals disagree with his numbers and Location where he found the deceased from the Fire!! and they say he lies, they say many bodies were seen Floating on the ocean water and By Seawall and he says one body was found on ocean and not one dead Body in a car on Front Street! Sounds too, too, good to believe. I believe the 10 credible Locals and 12 news reporters who believe them, these Lies need to be outed, revealed, corrected and Fixed!
